We are here to assist with your meal needs. From families that want nutritious food but lack the time to cook. To office workers that crave more than a sandwich. To amateur and professional sports people who want performance focused meals. We work closely with you to understand your needs and create a menu tailored to your requirements.

We work with a local trusted butcher and fruit & vegetable shops. Our meals are made from scratch. Our sauces use our housemade bone broth - full of natural collagen and essential nutrients. Hand made bread, fresh egg pasta and spice mixes are made from scratch.

Each week we will send you a new meal list. You can change the ingredients to be used or change the meal entirely if you want to eat something else.

The meals are not repeated so you won’t eat the same meal twice - unless you want to!

We cook all types of cuisine so you can enjoy a diversity of meals from all around the globe. Vegetarian and vegan meals also.

Our services include the meal planning, grocery shopping, ingredient preparation, cooking, cleaning and then delivery to your door.
